Pure Chardonnay from our historic vineyard on the slopes of Monte Orfano. Franco-loamy soil, deep ground. The grapes ripen slowly: low pH and sugars, high acidity. Steel fermentation, then at least 24 months on the lees. Disgorged Satèn, another 6 months of ageing. The pride of our production.
Enveloping texture. Lower rhythm. Presence that lingers.
Fine, elegant, almost creamy perlage. Straw yellow. Intense floral bouquet on the nose with delicate spicy and fruity notes. Soft and delicate on the palate. Long persistence.
Intimate dinners, baked fish, soft cheeses. Serve at 6–8 °C.
