Chardonnay and Pinot Nero from three vineyards between Erbusco and Cologne. Fluvio-glacial and morainic soils, hand-harvested in August. Steel fermentation at controlled temperature, then at least 18 months on the lees before disgorgement. Another 6 months of ageing before release. Decisive, persistent bubbles. No rush, no compromise.
Direct attack. Vertical structure. Dry finish.
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh, floral and fruity on the nose. A gentle softness balanced by marked acidity on the palate. Our most versatile, fresh and iconic product.
Urban aperitivo, raw fish, risotto. Serve at 6–8 °C.
